If you have been involved in an accident and are not at fault, XAMS will provide you with a replacement vehicle free of charge. The cost of the hire car will be paid for by the at fault party’s insurer. To maximise convenience, Xpress Accident Management Services can have the replacement vehicle delivered to your home, repairer or work at any time of the day. We provide 24 hour service at no extra cost to you.
For your personal satisfaction, XAMS provides a ‘like for like’ with your vehicle until repairs on your vehicle are completed. The replacement vehicle has no mileage restrictions and comes with full cover insurance.
The associated costs for the hire car will be paid for by the ‘at fault’ insurance company. Whilst XAMS upholds a ‘no-win, no-fee’ guarantee, any additionally incurred charges such as petrol, tolls or fines remain the responsibility of the customer. In the event you are involved in an accident, there is a basic excess fee of $1,000.00. This however will be waived in the event you are not at fault for the accident.
To take advantage of your experience with Xpress Accident Management Services, we charge no fees to the client. Xpress Accident Management Services upholds a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis, and we charge the repairer the fees for the recovery unless your vehicle is a total loss.
If your repairer’s quote exceeds the value of the car, your vehicle will be deemed a total loss and we will charge $300 for recovering the final total loss value.
